Your Future Begins With a Plan

Wealth Management

This level of service includes portfolio management integrated with your comprehensive financial plan.

There is more to achieving financial independence than investing. Investing is only one step in the process, a step that frequently receives a disproportionate amount of focus. Even with sufficient investments, failing to have the proper overall allocation, tax considerations, insurance coverage, estate plan or budget could undermine the years of saving that you have put toward your nest egg. To avoid this problem, comprehensive financial planning looks at all areas of your personal finances to grow and protect your financial security.

Your investment portfolio is designed, managed, monitored and updated by investment professionals. Your portfolio is unique to you, just as your lifestyle and goals are unique. Current investments will be individually evaluated to determine whether selling them and reallocating the funds may be in your best interest, considering potential returns, volatility and tax consequences. The effects of concentrated stock positions, private investments, real estate and other major investments are considered in your overall portfolio.

The process begins with us working together to develop a comprehensive financial plan. At this stage, the process is the same as that outlined in the Comprehensive Financial Plan section. Using the results of the financial plan, such as your life goals, risk tolerance, portfolio allocation and assessment of tax issues, we then implement a portfolio designed to meet your individual needs. In addition to portfolio design, we will work together to implement other mutually agreed upon action items recommended in the financial plan.

After the initial design of a financial plan, you will receive ongoing service and support in any financial matter that may arise. You receive regular reports on the progress of your investments. In regular meetings, youll see how your investment results impact your retirement, education funding, family legacy and other important financial goals. As your investment objectives and risk tolerance change over time, your portfolio will be adjusted so it continues to match your needs.

Our fee-only compensation ensures you that our interests are closely aligned with yours. There is only one way we can make more money: if your investments grow.
